How Long Does ASO Take to Work? A Realistic Timeline

ASO results don't show up overnight. Here's a realistic timeline for when to expect ranking movement, downloads, and compounding growth.

The most common reason developers don't invest in ASO is simple: they updated their metadata once, waited a week, saw no meaningful change in downloads, and concluded it doesn't work.
