By purchasing or using a LocalizeRank service, you agree to these terms.
Services and deliverables
LocalizeRank provides research and recommendations for App Store optimization and localization. Deliverables are supplied in a Google Sheet or another agreed digital format and include only the items listed in the selected package at the time of purchase.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate app information, working links, requested context, and timely feedback. Delivery begins only after payment and complete onboarding information are received. Delays in receiving information or feedback may extend delivery dates.
Delivery and revisions
Starter is normally delivered within 5 business days, Growth within 7 business days, and Pro within 10 business days. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the original scope; additional markets, new apps, or substantially changed instructions require a new order.
Results disclaimer
Recommendations are based on research and professional judgment. Rankings, downloads, revenue, conversion rates, featuring, or other business outcomes are not guaranteed because they depend on factors outside LocalizeRank's control.
Payment and ownership
Prices are shown in USD and payment is processed by PayPal. After full payment, you may use the final deliverables for the app covered by the order. LocalizeRank retains ownership of its general methods, templates, know-how, and reusable tools.
Acceptable use and liability
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before publishing them and for complying with Apple's rules and applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, LocalizeRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
