Services and deliverables

LocalizeRank provides App Store Optimization research and localization services for indie iOS developers. Each service package includes a defined set of deliverables — market research, keyword gap analysis, localized metadata, and/or screenshot text — as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Deliverables are supplied in a Google Sheet or another agreed digital format.

The scope of each package is limited to the number of markets listed. Work performed is specific to the app and information provided during onboarding. Items not explicitly included in the selected package are out of scope and require a separate order.

Customer responsibilities

To allow work to begin, you must provide accurate and complete onboarding information including your App Store URL, current target markets (if any), and up to three main competitors. You are responsible for ensuring that information shared is truthful and that you have the right to share it.

Delivery timelines begin only after both payment is confirmed and complete onboarding information is received. If onboarding information is incomplete or delayed, delivery dates will be extended accordingly. LocalizeRank is not liable for delays caused by missing or late customer information.

Delivery and revisions

Estimated delivery is 3 business days for Starter, 5 business days for Growth, and 7 business days for Pro. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These estimates are typical and not guaranteed; complex or unusual apps may require additional time, and you will be notified if that is the case.

Revision requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of the delivery date. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the delivered work within the original app, markets, and scope. Requests for additional markets, a different app, or substantially changed instructions are considered new work and require a new order. The number of included revisions depends on the package purchased.

Results disclaimer

All recommendations provided by LocalizeRank are based on available data, keyword tools, competitor research, and professional judgment at the time of delivery. App Store rankings, downloads, revenue, conversion rates, Apple featuring, and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Performance depends on many factors outside LocalizeRank's control, including Apple's search algorithm changes, competitor activity, app quality, ratings, and marketing efforts.

You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before implementing them and for ensuring that your App Store listing complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and applicable laws.

Payment and intellectual property

Prices are shown in USD and payment is processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy notice. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Any taxes shown at checkout are payable by the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered metadata, keyword lists, and research findings for the specific app covered by the order.

LocalizeRank retains ownership of its general methodology, templates, processes, know-how, and any reusable tools or frameworks used to produce deliverables. The specific localized metadata created for your app is yours to use; the underlying systems used to create it remain the property of LocalizeRank.

Paid ebook and digital products

The 2026 iOS ASO Playbook is a digital PDF sold as a one-time purchase for $39 USD. The download or delivery link is provided after successful payment. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the ebook for your own business or learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the file publicly.

The ebook is educational information, not legal, financial, or guaranteed growth advice. LocalizeRank does not guarantee rankings, downloads, revenue, or any particular result from applying its recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LocalizeRank's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. LocalizeRank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost downloads, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing terms

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and LocalizeRank regarding the service and supersede any prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. LocalizeRank reserves the right to update these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
