This policy explains what information LocalizeRank receives and how it is used when you visit the website or purchase an ASO service.
Information we collect
We may receive your name, email address, app details, App Store URL, target markets, competitor information, order details, and messages you send to us. PayPal processes payment information; LocalizeRank does not receive or store your complete card or bank details.
How information is used
Information is used to confirm orders, provide the purchased service, communicate about delivery and revisions, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service, including PayPal, email providers, hosting providers, and Google Workspace. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and local storage
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, device information, and actions such as beginning checkout. Google may process information such as your IP address, browser, and device identifiers. Analytics does not load unless you accept it. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage and can be reset by clearing site data.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
