Refund & Cancellation Policy
LocalizeRank services are custom digital work prepared specifically for each customer and app.
Cancellation before work begins
You may request cancellation for a full refund before research or localization work has started. Contact us as soon as possible and include the email used for PayPal and the selected package.
After work has started
Once custom research or localization has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time and resources have already been committed to your app. If only a limited portion has been completed, LocalizeRank may offer a partial refund at its reasonable discretion.
After delivery
Completed and delivered digital services are non-refundable. If a deliverable is materially missing an item explicitly included in your package, contact us within 7 days so it can be corrected.
Revisions
Starter includes one minor revision, Growth includes one revision, and Pro includes two revisions. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and remain within the original app, markets, and scope.
Delayed or unavailable delivery
If LocalizeRank cannot provide the purchased service, you will be offered a revised delivery date or a refund for the undelivered work. Delivery delays caused by missing customer information do not create an automatic right to a refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction. Processing time depends on PayPal and the customer's payment provider.
