Do you submit the metadata to App Store Connect for me?

No — delivery is a Google Sheet with all the localized content. You paste it into App Store Connect. This keeps you in full control of your listing.

How accurate is the keyword research?

I use a combination of AppFollow, ASOdesk, and manual competitor analysis. Keywords are chosen based on search volume, difficulty, and relevance to your specific app.
